Recently, state of the art gas safety equipment has been installed by Saunders in its main kitchen to ensure the health and safety of its staff and guests. 2” gas solenoids and CT1250 gas panel interlocks complete with current monitors work harmoniously with the existing extract and supply fans to provide a safe and reliable installation.
